At CKS Online, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box, ensuring the package is properly sealed.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
